How to cancel NaughtyCharm
NaughtyCharm's own terms say every plan renews automatically, trials included, and that you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Here's how to do it, plus the extras that need cancelling separately.
How we wrote this. These steps and rules come from NaughtyCharm's Terms of Use (sections 1.7, 5, 9.1 and 9.2) and its Billing Policy, both read on its website on October 17, 2026. The site is run by Media Synergy SAS. Menu labels can differ slightly by country and device.
The deadline that matters
- Trials automatically convert to a full monthly plan at the standard rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. The Billing Policy says a trial can last from one to seven days depending on your bank and payment method, so check the exact end time on your receipt.
- Monthly and longer plans renew for the same length at the standard rate.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. That's in the terms twice. Cancelling on the last day may be too late.
Step 1: Turn off auto-renewal (stops future charges)
- Log in on the NaughtyCharm website.
- Open My Settings (the terms also call this "Account Settings" or "Subscription").
- Click Cancel Subscription, or switch off automatic renewal.
- Screenshot the confirmation. The terms say this self-service method is processed immediately, and you keep your profile.
You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Other ways to cancel listed in the terms
- The Contact Support form on the site.
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: 1 (800) 940-9830
If you email, ask them to cancel all recurring charges on the account, and give your username and the email you signed up with.
Step 2: Check for add-ons and partner trials
- Paid features. The Billing Policy says paying for an extra feature activates it for one month and then renews it at the same price unless you cancel before the collection date. Check your subscription page for more than one line.
- Partner-site trials. Independent reviewers have reported trial memberships to other sites pre-ticked at checkout. If one was added, it's billed separately, so cancelling NaughtyCharm won't stop it. Cancel it on that site or with the billing company named on its receipt.
Step 3: Delete your account (optional)
The terms say you can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your account settings. Cancel the subscription first, then delete the account. Deleting doesn't refund the period you've already paid for.
Refunds
- The Billing Policy says no refund is made once a subscription is in use. The terms say refunds are only for exceptional cases, such as technical problems that stop you using the site, and that billing disputes must be raised within three months.
- UK and EU residents have a 14-day withdrawal right under the terms. If you used premium features during those 14 days, the refund can be reduced.
- The terms warn that a chargeback can get your account closed. Contact support first and keep a record. If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, that's a billing error you can dispute.
- Complaints about billing can also go to [email protected], according to the terms.
That small charge you didn't expect
The Billing Policy says some users' cards are checked with a small random debit of $0.50 to $5, refunded within 3 to 5 days. That's separate from a subscription. If it isn't refunded within a week, contact support.
Quick version
My Settings → Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the trial or plan ends. Then check for feature add-ons and partner trials, which renew separately. Delete the account afterwards if you want to.
