How to cancel Girlfriend GPT
How you cancel GirlfriendGPT depends on who took your money: the website itself, the payment processor CCBill, or Apple or Google. Find your receipt email first. It tells you which of the three steps below applies.
How we wrote this. These steps come from GirlfriendGPT's own terms of use (its Refund Policy and its Cancellation Policy for Recurring Transactions) and its privacy policy, both read on October 17, 2026. Several unrelated apps use similar names; this page is about the service at gptgirlfriend.online.
Step 1: Check who billed you
- A receipt or statement line mentioning CCBill means you cancel at CCBill (option B).
- A receipt from Apple or Google Play means you cancel in that store (option C).
- Anything else, such as TrustPay or a direct card payment, means you cancel in your GirlfriendGPT account (option A).
Option A: You paid on the website
- Log in to your GirlfriendGPT account.
- Open the Manage subscription page from your account menu.
- Cancel the subscription and confirm.
- Wait for the confirmation email. The terms say one is sent after a successful cancellation. If it doesn't arrive, contact support before your next billing date.
Option B: You paid through CCBill
- Go to CCBill's consumer support site (support.ccbill.com) and sign in or look up your purchase.
- Open the Billing tab.
- Find the GirlfriendGPT subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the on-screen steps. The terms say the subscription then ends at the close of the current period.
Option C: You paid through Apple or Google
- iPhone or iPad: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, choose the subscription, Cancel Subscription (Apple's steps).
- Android: Google Play, profile icon, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, choose it, Cancel (Google's steps).
Deleting the app or a home-screen shortcut doesn't cancel anything.
The timing rule in its terms
The terms say a cancellation made before the next billing cycle stops future charges, but one made after a new cycle has started may still be charged for that cycle, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of it. In practice: cancel two or three days before your renewal date, not on the day.
Refunds: don't count on one
- The Refund Policy says GirlfriendGPT doesn't refund paid subscriptions, except in limited cases such as a company mistake or a technical problem with the service.
- If you paid through CCBill, refund requests go to CCBill, and its policies apply. Otherwise you contact GirlfriendGPT support, which says it reviews requests case by case.
- The policy says it doesn't override stricter refund laws in your country.
- Cancelling doesn't entitle you to a refund for the current period, according to the cancellation policy.
What happens to your data
This is worth knowing before you go. GirlfriendGPT's privacy policy says that after you close your account it usually keeps your personal information for six years, starting from the date the account is closed. You can ask for access to, or deletion of, your personal data under the rights listed in the policy. Send that request in writing from the email on the account and keep the reply.
Quick version
Check your receipt. Website: Manage subscription → cancel. CCBill: support.ccbill.com → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Apple or Google: cancel in the store. Do it a few days before renewal, and keep the confirmation email.
Switching rather than quitting?
If the price or the tiny free allowance is the problem, Secrets.ai publishes its prices and has a free tier of 20 messages a day, so you can try it before paying. Compare the two in Girlfriend GPT vs Secrets.ai.
